Commissioning and Start-up
Our Commissioning and Startup services aim to optimize the installation and starting cycles of analytical instruments in industrial and laboratory processes.
During Commissioning, we analyze all facilities and make recommendations for the best performance of analytical instrumentation.
We test equipment with high-quality reagents and standards, with start-up performance monitoring and staff training in the proper handling and use of instruments.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Preventive maintenance directly assists in the longevity of instruments and sensors, avoiding sudden stops in production lines and generating cost savings.
Corrective maintenance must be performed quickly and accurately to mitigate the root of the problem.
Our service consists of evaluations, tests, adjustments, and repairs, either at the customer's site or in our laboratories, and if necessary, we provide training and qualification to avoid further complications.
In-Company Training
Training is an essential factor in maintaining productivity and quality levels. This ensures reliability in processes with trained personnel prepared for all situations.
With Application Engineers, we prepare training dedicated to Analytical Instrumentation, covering parameters and methodologies according to each industrial segment.
Remittances and scheduled replacements
Don't interrupt your production due to a lack of analytical solutions and spare parts. Save time and schedule your deliveries in advance to keep your process running!
With scheduled services, we help you avoid expiring solutions due to lack of use or instruments that did not undergo preventive maintenance due to lack of funds, for example.
Instruments Upgrade and Update
Keeping equipment operational and up-to-date is essential to maintain performance and keep up with the quality controls of your process.
To help with this, our Upgrade service ensures that this always happens. Our instruments are restored and receive all available software (firmware) improvements. This can be done partially or fully, according to the client's needs.
This reinforces reliability, productivity gains, and reduces costs with regular maintenance.
